A text message arrived on one of your numbers (STOP, START and HELP included, flagged). Sent only for conversations the endpoint owner can see, on the endpoint’s connections. Endpoints on API version 2026-10-21 or later.

sms.status_updated Webhook
An SMS sent with POST /v2/sms was sent, delivered, or failed (with the carrier reason). Sent to the endpoint of the member whose key sent the SMS, to owners who see every conversation, and (for `inbox: true` sends) to owners who can see the conversation. Endpoints on API version 2026-10-21 or later.
